Job Description

The JDS Group of Companies is looking to hire a Project Accountant based out of Kelowna, BC.

Responsibilities will include the following:

- Prepare client invoices.

- Prepare project cost reports for distribution to Project Managers.

- Assist with the preparation and compilation of monthly reporting.

- Bookkeeping and financial statement preparation for related companies within the Group.

- Assist with AP when required to meet month end reporting and cutoffs.

- Prepare monthly intercompany invoices.

- Management of general email inbox relating to customer invoicing, customer communication, and contracts management.

- Maintain contract filing and records.

- Set up project codes and communicate with appropriate project teams.

- Preparation of statements of account and communication regarding overdue balances.

- General office support, as required.
