Reporting to the
Supervisor – Electrical & Instrumentation, the Instrumentation & Controls technician is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable and effective operation & maintenance of process control instrumentation and Process Control Systems across site/
This position is expected to demonstrate and promote Blackwater Gold’s eight (8) behavioural standards. The behavioural standards should be considered when developing the positions key responsibilities and deliverables, qualifications and experience, and skills.
Location: Blackwater Mine site
Schedule: Two (2) Weeks On – Two (2) Weeks Off Rotation

Responsibilities
+ Instrumentation devices and process use + Process control systems (PLC) + Familiarity with ControlLogix, Studio 5000, RS Linx + Instrumentation installations and best practices + Experience in mentoring of peer personnel
