The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving shipments, processing inventory, organizing materials, and preparing orders for customers. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling between 7:00 am–4:00 pm and is expected to work approximately 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
- Unloading incoming shipments and verifying quantities against purchase orders.
- Inspect products for damage or discrepancies.
- Accurately record received inventory in designated systems.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pickup or shipment.
- Create shipping labels and required documentation.
- Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and properly staged.
- Store inventory in designated locations to maintain organization.
- Assist with cycle counts and general inventory accuracy.
- Enter and update inventory information using company software.
- Assemble hardware, components, or small product kits according to written instructions.
- Ensure assembled products meet quality expectations.
- Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Organize materials and contribute to a smooth workflow.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills for entering inventory and printing labels.
- Ability to lift, move, and carry materials as required (typically up to 50 lbs).
- Experience in a warehouse or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Part Time (20 Hours per week)
- Flexible schedule: Must come in daily, but flexible on time. 7 am - 4 pm
- In person at our Mesa location
- Report to our Inventory Specialist and Store Manager
- Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour
- PTO: Accrued over time
