Unity Home Improvements Lead Generation Specialist / Solar Appointment Setter – Door-to-Door Sales

Unity Home is growing rapidly with both speed and quality! We are seeking driven, self-motivated individuals to join our expanding team as Lead Generation Specialists / Appointment Setters. In this role, you’ll be meeting homeowners door-to-door, sharing the benefits of going solar, and connecting them with our experts for a free solar quote.

Responsibilities

- Engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach to generate interest in solar solutions

- Provide information on how they can benefit from solar energy and schedule a free quote

- Maintain a positive, level 5 attitude

- Be a student of the process and continuously improve your skills

- Work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
