This is a strong opportunity for experienced solar closers who want to focus on closing instead of door knocking or self-generating their own deals.

Position: Solar Sales Closer (Leadership Track)

We are hiring experienced residential solar closers who are ready to take on a leadership role. This position includes closing company-provided appointments and helping train incoming appointment setters.

Key Responsibilities

- Close homeowner appointments generated by the in-house setter team

- Assist in training new setters, including classroom-style training and field shadowing

- Mentor and develop setter teams to improve overall performance

- Represent On Point professionally and maintain our strong local reputation

- Collaborate with leadership to improve training systems, conversion rates, and team performance
