- Typically responsible for a moderately complex plant, or a small number of plants, sites, or product lines’ sales
- Conducts regular status and strategy meetings with medium-tier customer’s management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies
- Serves as a point of contact for moderately complex customer account management matters
- Supports the Sales team in scheduling and performing product demonstrations with potential customers
- Supports the Sales team in recommending marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic
- Identifies and executes bidding opportunities and closes opportunities to maximize profits
- Develops trusted advisor relationships with key account and customer stakeholders
