JOB DUTIES

Maintain customer relationships and customer satisfaction, assist other members of the Sales team by handling remote interactions, receive and enter orders, provide updates to customer requests, look for new sales opportunities with existing customers, work with the engineering and manufacturing teams to act as a liaison for the customer, assist the Sales team with steel purchases and tracking.

QUALIFICATIONS

1 to 2 years of customer service experience strongly preferred, general knowledge of steel fabrication processes strongly preferred, must have data entry knowledge, must be computer literate and MS Office proficient, strong interpersonal skills, ability to keep track of multiple accounts, and solid organizational skills.

Some limited travel may be required.
