AluChem in Little Rock is growing and looking for a dependable, safety-focused Industrial Utility Worker to join our operations team. If you enjoy hands-on work, heavy equipment operation, and working in an industrial plant environment, this could be a great long-term opportunity.

What You’ll Do

This is a physically active, equipment-based industrial role. Responsibilities include:

- Positioning raw material railcars for unloading

- Cleaning railcars after unloading

- Re-positioning railcars for loading

- Operating a small locomotive to move materials in and out of the plant

- Operating a forklift

- Weighing bulk material sacks

- Performing daily plant cleaning and housekeeping

- Assisting plant operators with facility operations

- Supporting maintenance or production during downtime

What We’re Looking For

- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts

- Willingness to work overtime as needed

- Comfortable working outdoors and in an industrial environment

- Mechanical aptitude preferred

- Forklift experience preferred

- Ability to follow safety procedures at all times

- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay & Benefits

- Starting Pay: $16.50/hour

- $17.00/hour after 90 days
