ShearWorx has immediate openings for all shifts and is seeking candidates for Off-Road Haul Truck Driver in Blytheville, AR. Successful candidates for this position will have familiarity and experience operating rigid frame and/or articulated haul trucks and will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Operate haul trucks to move material to and from processing locations.

- Perform daily pre-and post- inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.

- Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management.

- Effective communication skills applicable to the position.

- Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency.

- Properly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA / Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment.

Must Have:

- Dedication to safe work practices.

- Previous experience operating both rigid frame haul trucks and/or articulating haul trucks preferred.

- Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.

- Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.

- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

- Clean Motor Vehicle Record and Valid Drivers License required

Nice-to-Have:

- 5+ years’ experience operating equipment working in the construction or scrap industry or in an industrial setting

• Class A CDL

• Possess leadership skills

COMPENSATION RANGE:

$750 - $1500 Weekly (based on experience)
