Your New Role
Based in Little Rock, AR (service area includes Little Rock, Pine Bluff, and Hot Springs), you’ll:
•Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial generators.
•Accurately diagnose issues with engines, electrical systems, fuel systems, and controls.
•Communicate findings and repair options clearly to customers, using written option sheets and photo documentation.
•Order necessary parts and ensure trucks are fully stocked for scheduled appointments.
•Process warranty claims and maintain documentation for service calls.
•Collaborate with service coordinators, supervisors, and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Deliver professional customer experiences while protecting and respecting the customer's property.
•Promote service agreements (Club Memberships) to customers during service calls.
•Maintain safety standards, cleanliness, and accurate inventory of assigned vehicles and equipment.

•Proven experience as a generator technician or mechanic.
•Generac and Briggs & Stratton certifications are strongly preferred.
•Strong knowledge of electrical systems, fuel systems, and engine diagnostics.
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
•Minimum of 2 years troubleshooting and repairing generator systems.
•High School diploma or GED required.
•Valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy.
•Excellent customer service and communication skills.
•Comfortable working in all weather conditions, confined spaces, and at heights.
•Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs., climbing ladders, and maneuvering equipment.
•Willing to participate in ongoing training and occasional after-hours work.
