About This Job
Looking for skilled bore operators who are reliable and dependable to work for underground utility company. This position requires the operation of directional drilling equipment, as well as coordinating activities of laborers and maintaining a safe job site. Valid driver's license with good driving record required.
Duties and Qualifications:
•Operate and maneuver directional boring machines, excavators, and other machinery
•Locate bore paths with HDD tracking equipment
•Monitor equipment performance & conduct needed maintenance/repairs
•Read prints for placing conduit or cables underground
•Perform potholing and locating activities
•Ability to spot/expose & identify utilities after they've been located
•Physical stamina & ability to work in various weather conditions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
