About This Job

•

Performs lab tests as need per documented inspection methods

•

Inspects product samples to ensure quality standards are met from raw materials to finished product

•

Communicates in-process quality results to operations personnel in a timely manner

•

Keeps accurate and complete records of all tests performed

•

Tags material as approved or rejected for the product that requires tagging by lab personnel

•

Prioritizes lab work based on production schedule and directions from management

•

Performs required calibrations, verifications, and routine care of all equipment per documented procedures

•

Performs testing needed to assist operations personnel in troubleshooting process issues

•

Monitors lab equipment and lab processes performance and reports problems to supervisor

•

Follows standard operating procedures

•

Keeps area safe, clean and organized and follows all safety instructions in performing their duties

•

Performs other related duties as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
