- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers with their needs.
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance client satisfaction.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to manage documentation and reporting effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while engaging with customers.
- Assist in cash handling processes as required, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Proven experience in customer service or client services, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.
- Experience with outbound calling and sales techniques is an advantage.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
