to join our leadership team as
EVP & CHRO.
Reporting to the CEO, the CHRO will drive the people strategy for a multi-state, publicly traded energy company. This leader will oversee all aspects of HR including talent acquisition, organizational development, succession planning, compensation & benefits, training, engagement, and compliance. They will serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, the board, and shareholders while leading a national HR organization.
- Shape and execute HR strategy aligned with DEC’s mission and growth plans
- Build systems and processes that strengthen culture, performance, and retention
- Lead succession planning, talent management, and leadership development
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and employee wellbeing programs
- Ensure compliance across a complex, multi-state footprint
- Actively engage with board committees (Remuneration, Sustainability, Nomination)- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership (5+ at the executive level)
- Experience in complex, high-growth organizations (energy, industrial, or similar preferred)
- Strong track record in talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and executive compensation
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and team-building skills
- Advanced degree and SHRM certification preferred
