Senior Buyer

who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, keeps materials moving, and becomes the go-to person on the purchasing team when things need to get done right.

They’ll coordinate procurement activities, align purchasing with project schedules and BOMs, and work closely with Engineering, Shops, and the Spare Parts team. If they’re known for following through, from PO to delivery, they’ll be a strong fit.

What You’ll Do

- Own project and production procurement (ETO/BTO)

- Align PO timing with drawings, specs, and internal schedules

- Review BOMs and resolve material or spec issues early

- Track deliveries, follow up on returns, and support surplus reduction

- Keep day-to-day procurement activity organized and moving

- Build strong vendor relationships and ensure timely fulfillment

- Manage RFQs, and support customs/logistics where needed

What You Bring

- 5+ wyears of procurement or supply chainw experience in a manufacturing setting

- Proven ability to manage RFQs, BOMs, specs, and vendor coordination

- Strong ERP skills and cross-functional communication

- A reputation for responsiveness, accountability, and problem-solving
