About This Job

WQS Industrial ("WQS IND") is now recruiting a Safety Administrator to support the Edmonton region. This is your opportunity to join a dynamic team, contribute to a strong safety culture, and grow your career in a people-first environment. This role is well-suited for someone early in their safety career who is eager to learn, gain experience, and develop within a supportive and safety-driven team.

Schedule: Full Time

Location: Sherwood Park, AB

Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $20.00

Role Overview

•

Assist with site safety documentation, including tracking training records and compliance documentation

•

Coordinate and document toolbox talks, orientations, and safety meetings

•

Support incident investigations and follow-up on corrective actions

•

Provide administrative support to the Safety and Operations teams

•

Contribute to building and maintaining a strong safety culture across the region

What You Will Bring

•

1+ years of experience in a safety support or administrative HSE role in industrial or construction environments preferred

•

Familiarity with OH&S regulations in Alberta

•

Strong organizational and communication skills

•

Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital document management

•

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region

•

Safety certifications (e.g., CSTS, First Aid, WHMIS) are considered an asset
