WestCorp Solutions is seeking an experienced SCM Administrator to support our Client’s supply chain coordination and event readiness activities for an upcoming project. This role will provide end-to-end Supply Chain Management support to Regional Turnaround and BUPC stakeholders, ensuring materials, services, and SCM deliverables meet project timelines and quality expectations.
Location: Calgary, Alberta (office-based) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Contract Length: ~4 months
- Represent the SCM function to Regional Turnaround and BUPC stakeholders.
- Ensure all SCM event deliverables are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with Suppliers, Procurement, and Materials Services to ensure timely availability of materials and services for Execution and Construction.
- Work with SCM and Turnaround/BUPC teams to develop alternative solutions when on-time delivery is at risk.
- Steward SCM performance reporting to Business stakeholders.
- Identify and manage SCM risks specific to event execution.
- Support and drive strategies and initiatives to enhance SCM service levels, efficiency, and value delivery.
- Assist Business stakeholders in developing longer-term demand plans to support Category Management, MSP Strategy, and Commercial planning.
- Champion the Manage Goods & Services processes within the organization.
- 5–10 years of Supply Chain experience.
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Power BI, S4, and Fieldglass.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to build positive relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
