Reporting to the shop supervisor, you’ll be responsible for operating the PythonX Structural System, assisting in daily shop operations, and supporting production teams to maintain an efficient workflow. Your attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and commitment to safety will help us maintain the high-quality standards we’re known for.

- Operate the PythonX Structural System safely and efficiently during night shifts
- Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
- Interpret drawings and sketches to determine measurements and cutting requirements
- Set up and adjust machines as required for specific production runs
- Accurate use of tape measure, square, levels, angle finder, and other measuring tools (Metric & Imperial)
- Perform basic machine maintenance and pre-use inspections
- Safely operate overhead crane and mobile equipment for material movement as needed
- Assist with basic fabrication, hand tools, and other shop equipment as required
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe workspace

- Previous experience operating machinery, preferably PythonX Structural Systems
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, sketches, and procedures
- Knowledge of structural steel materials and basic fabrication processes
- Strong math skills for accurate measurements, calculations, and part counting
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Clear communication in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Active participation in company safety program
- Follow safety protocol including wearing of required PPE and understanding and application of safety policies, procedures and practices

We offer competitive starting wages beginning at $25.00 per hour, with final rates determined by your experience, skill level, and how well you align with the role.
