This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Coordinator/Branch Operations Administrator located in Edmonton, AB. The Process Coordinator/Branch Operations Administrator will be responsible for executing and overseeing a variety of operational tasks including managing business processes, coordinating project management tasks, maintaining quality standards, and improving operational efficiency. Daily tasks involve analyzing data, facilitating effective communication among team members, and maintaining the integrity of our transactional procedures.
You will be responsible to ensure all or our transactions are done with a high level of consistency, accuracy and reliability to support business processes and meet our customer service demands.
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Experience with all MS Office Suite products
- Knowledge of Quality Management practices
- Minimum 4 years experience in a similar or transferable role
- Relevant experience in industrial distribution or manufacturing and their respective ERP systems
- Minimum Grade 12 Education, Bachelors Degree or College Diploma preferred
