As an Outside Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our company in the field—building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to clients across the Grande Prairie and Edmonton regions. Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a portfolio of oil & gas clients through face-to-face meetings, site visits, and strategic outreach
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and field personnel
- Provide Daily Trip reports and strategic updates on the current market trends
- Identify customer needs and present product/service solutions that drive value
- Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and close sales
- Travel regularly between Grande Prairie, Edmonton, and surrounding areas
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- ✅ Proven experience in sales—preferably in oil & gas, industrial supply, or field services
- ✅ Proven experience in Flowback and production testing services
- ✅ Strong knowledge of Alberta’s energy sector and regional dynamics
- ✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- ✅ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- ✅ Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
