Is responsible for managing and growing client relationships, driving business development, and ensuring the successful delivery of rental services. This role involves managing a portfolio of key clients in industries such as oil and gas, & construction, and ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction. The Manager of Sales and Business Development will work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure that all services meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, answering inquiries, and providing solutions to complex challenges.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and business objectives, positioning the company as a trusted advisor in rental services.• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new markets, expanding the company’s footprint in the industry.
- Generate new leads, conduct market research, and actively seek opportunities to grow the client base.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs, showcasing the company’s capabilities.
- Complete estimates and quotes for projects, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the industry.
- Strong knowledge of the industry, and rental equipment.
- Proven track record of successful sales and account management, with experience managing client accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction and delivering tailored solutions.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, technical teams, and senior leadership to ensure client expectations are met.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and certifications.
- Experience working with clients in the oil and gas, and construction industries is preferred.
