Job Description

FLINT is seeking Labourers with industrial experience for a 3-day turnaround in Whitecourt, Alberta starting April 20, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a continuous schedule, 12-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.

This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year experience in industrial or plant maintenance.

- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:

- Confined Space Entry

- WHMIS

- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.

- Must have own reliable transportation to site.

Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
