COILED TUBING COORDINATOR – RED DEER (RDC)
The Coiled Tubing Coordinator is responsible for the planning and orchestrating of a successful job, leading their crew, and maintaining close contact with the client from start to finish, ensuring Trican’s continued success as a Coiled Tubing provider. Note there is only one position available in either Red Deer or Grande Prairie.
- Ensure that Trican's core value, "Safe equipment and operations" is the priority in all activities
- Remain on-call to be immediately available for designated shifts at all times
- Ensure customer needs are addressed in a timely manner, job procedures are followed, in addition to appropriate availability of product, equipment, and personnel
- Establish and maintain effective communication with all bases to ensure resources of the company are utilized and shared on a company-wide basis
- Organize and schedule personnel while ensuring resources are available and utilized adequately
- Schedule vacation and other requested time off for employees
- Complete and submit all appropriate paperwork
- Monitor maintenance for mobile equipment while ensuring all required repairs are completed in a timely and precise manner
- Report operational deficiencies, accidents, and recognized hazards to management
- Suggest improvement in working conditions, employee safety, policy, procedures, and operational practices
- Field Visits are required
- Valid Class 1 Driver's licence is required
- Minimum 5+ years experience- High school diploma required
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to succeed in a high pace, intensive work atmosphere
- Effective interpersonal and customer service skills
- Safe driving skills; driver’s abstract will be requested
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Skilled in problem-solving techniques
