You'll be the key technology partner for our office-based team (:25 users), and a steady hand behind the systems that support our seasonal field deployments.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing all IT policies, systems, hardware, software, and security across the head office while ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and easy to use for non-technical staff

- Implementing cost-effective IT solutions that scale with business growth which balance in-house management with support from third-party vendors where appropriate
- Designing and procuring remote surveillance setups (e.g. solar-powered monitoring systems) and coordinating Wi-Fi infrastructure kits for temporary remote camps
- Promoting cybersecurity awareness across the team through simple training and user-friendly guidelines that support safe technology use in both office and field environments
- Acting as a calm, responsive, and resourceful IT lead—supporting end users who may not have a technical background
