FIDELITY MANUFACTURING is part of the backup Power Generation Industry. We design and build backup power packages (to include tanks and enclosures) for large and small health, industrial, and technology-oriented businesses that cannot have a power lapse at any time.
Perform all aspects of Quality Inspections throughout both manufacturing facilities. Possess the ability
to read and interpret Engineering drawings and spec sheets to ensure product has been built and
Daily Job Responsibilities/Functions to Include, But Not Limited To
- Perform visual and measurable inspections on products at every stage of production
- Keep pace with Production schedule
- Document Inspection check sheets accurately and completely
- Report discrepancies in a timely manner to appropriate teams
- Perform measuring equipment calibrations
- One to Two years related experience and/or training in Inspections and the Quality field; or
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent attendance and punctuality history
- Able to make decisions based on experience and available data
- Require minimal supervision to plan and schedule workload according to production schedule
- Strives to meet or exceed job requirements.
- Arrive to work, meetings, appointments, and other work-related functions on time and as scheduled
- Interacts with organizational team members and supervisors from all departments in a professional manner
- Work to continuously improve the operations of the department through lean activities and improvement suggestions.

Tape Measure, Paint Gage, Ladders and Hand Tools
Work is performed primarily in a manufacturing warehouse environment with exposure to loud noise, temperature fluctuations, dust, fumes, airborne particles, chemicals, and production byproducts, all within OSHA permissible limits. Work areas may include concrete surfaces, inclines, ramps, metal platforms, and uneven ground, with regular movement around machinery, equipment, tools, forklifts, and production lines. The use of designated personal protective equipment is required, and safety training is provided in accordance with OSHA regulations, company policy, and industry standards. Some tasks and work assignments may be performed outdoors or between buildings and may involve varying weather conditions and operational climates depending on production needs.

- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or maneuver materials and equipment weighing more than 75 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods while working on non-forgiving surfaces such as concrete, wood, metal, or fiberglass platforms.
- Ability to navigate inclines, ramps, stairs, uneven ground, and walkways throughout production areas.
- Ability to reach, bend, crouch, stoop, climb, and balance as tasks require.
- Ability to use hands and arms for handling tools, operating equipment, grasping materials, performing repetitive motions, and maintaining manual dexterity.
- Ability to operate or work near machinery and mechanical components.
- Ability to maintain visual acuity required for reading measurements, inspecting materials, reviewing documents, and operating tools or equipment safely.
