Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technician located in Houston, TX. The Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing generators, engines, and other power equipment. Daily tasks include diagnosing mechanical issues, conducting routine maintenance, installing and commissioning new equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The Technician will also provide technical support to customers and assist with decommissioning projects when needed.

Qualifications

- Experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues

- Proficiency in maintaining and servicing generators, engines, and power equipment

- Ability to install and commission new equipment

- Understanding of safety standards and compliance regulations

- Strong problem-solving and technical support skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Relevant technical certifications or qualifications are a plus

- Prior experience in the power systems industry is beneficial
