Inside Sales/Customer Service Associate

Intralec is a Manufacturers Sales Rep representing quality Suppliers in the Electrical Industry

We are proud to have serviced the Ontario market since 1977

Main Responsibilities

- Handle incoming/outgoing customer calls/emails (ticket system)

- Process orders, inquiries and quotations

- Promptly solve customer problems

- Expedite orders and back orders

- Handle returns due to product issues/warranty/order errors

- Assist and support the outside sales team

- Back-up fellow team members as required

- Attend product trainings and sales meetings when requested (some USA travel may be required)

- Perform other duties as requested by management

Qualifications

- High School Degree or equivalent

- 3+ year Customer Service experience, preferably in the Electrical Industry

- Excellent communication skills in English are essential

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Provide a high level of customer service in a professional and courteous manner

- Knowledge of Google Workspace and basic computer skills (will train on suppliers portals)

- Ability to multitask

- Attention to detail

- Positive attitude and enthusiastic

Monday - Friday
