Responsible for caulking, cleaning, hole patching, flashing, waveguides, louver plates, and floor painting. Responsible for completing finishing tasks in a timely manner with quality work.

Essential Job Functions:

- Tile and paint flooring.

- Install doors and door locks.

- Clean buildings

- Apply caulking.

- Dry wall work including spackling.

- Install flashing.

- Install waveguides.

- Install Louvers plates.

- Trim work.

- Perform other tasks as required by supervisor.

- Able to read a tape measure.

- Knowledge of basic math additions and deductions

- Ability to solve problems in a variety of standardized situations.

1. One (1) to six (6) months' experience and/or related training. (carpentry or facility maintenance experience)

2. Ability to carry read and comprehend simple instructions.

3. Knowledge of basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).

4. Ability to solve problems in variety of standardized situations.
