Achieve this by understanding customer challenges and delivering effective, value-driven solutions that position the company as a preferred partner.
- Develop and manage customer accounts and relationships at all organizational levels across Canada, with key focus in Ontario/Quebec/BC.
- Clearly articulate the business value of our solutions and lead end-to-end solution development efforts.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of each customer’s business priorities and operating environment.
- Provide technical support to customers and coordinate timely delivery of technical solution in collaboration with the Product Group.
- Understand customer needs and challenges, and foster long-term partnerships that drive successful, value-added solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline – Mineral Processing /Mining / Demonstrated experience in the field will be equally valued. Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline
