Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to work collaboratively with others to bring projects to life. The CAD Drafter will play a crucial role in the development of construction documents, schematics, and mechanical designs.

Duties

- Utilize CAD software such as Fusion 360 to create accurate 2D and 3D models.

- Develop detailed drawings for Fabrication projects.

- Collaborate with others to ensure designs meet project specifications and standards.

- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from team members or clients.

- Maintain organized records of all drafts and revisions for future reference.

- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CAD technology.

Experience

- Proficiency in CAD software including SketchUp, NavisWorks, AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, SolidWorks, Fusion 360.

- Strong background in drafting, mechanical design, and construction documentation.

- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
