This Shipping/Receiving Manager position is available on a 1st shift Mon- Thurs (6:00am-4:30pm). In this position you will earn a competitive hourly rate based upon experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Inspect packages upon receiving

· Inventory items incoming/outgoing materials

· Produce Bill of Ladings for outgoing trucks

· Produce Packing list for outgoing materials

· Inspect materials and packages prior to shipping

· Inspect and confirm materials on trucks incoming prior to unloading for damages and note

· Inspect Outgoing Packages for damages prior to departing

· Inspect Outgoing packages table of contents to match Packing list prior to departing

· Ensure all outgoing crates are labeled correctly and match all information on packing list

· Compare incoming packing lists versus orders

· Report discovered issues directly to Production, Project, and Operation Managers

· Work directly with shipping employees to confirm contents of packages

· Work directly with Production, Project, and Operation Managers to ensure proper materials are incoming/outgoing

Shipping/Receiving Manager experience requirements:

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Mathematical knowledge

· Efficient on computers

· Experience in Excel

· Some basic hand tool knowledge

· Experience in inventory
