Summary

We are seeking a Fleet Manager to join our team at Spartan Companies. In this role, you will oversee our fleet operations, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency in our transportation services. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to excellence and supporting our diverse projects across the energy sector.

Responsibilities

•

Manage and coordinate all fleet operations to ensure efficient transportation of personnel and materials.

•

Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

•

Develop strategies for optimizing fleet performance and reducing operational costs.

•

Supervise fleet staff, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity.

•

Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.

•

Collaborate with project managers to align fleet resources with project needs.

•

Implement best practices for fleet management to improve service delivery.

Requirements

•

Proven experience in fleet management or a related field.

•

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

•

Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

•

Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and safety regulations is preferred.

•

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions regarding fleet operations.
