Job Title: Accounting Clerk

Schedule: 5/2 Location: Danos Headquarters in Gray, Louisiana

Job Summary:

This position will work in multiple areas of accounting to increase capacity to support ERP project. Should be a self-driven multitasker.

- Accounts Payable: Processing invoices, matching purchase orders to invoices, obtaining approval for payments, and managing vendor accounts.

- Accounts Receivable: Generating, reviewing, and sending accurate invoices to customers for goods or services rendered.

- Receipt of Goods: Complete receipt of goods on purchase orders using signed delivery tickets or invoices.

- Special Projects

- High school diploma or equivalent is required.

- 1–2 years of experience in accounting.

- Microsoft Dynamics AX experience is a plus
