Pay: $20–22/hr — Raise after 60 days!

Join the team at Eck Industries, a leader in aluminum casting and innovation for over 75 years. We're looking for a motivated individual to remove sand shell material from castings following established methods and procedures. This individual will operate a shaker table, other machines, and hand tools as directed.

What You'll Do

- Use hammers, air tools, and knockout equipment to remove sand and mold material from castings

- Operate shaker tables, hoists, forklifts, and other machinery to clean, move, and prepare castings

- Break molds, clean castings, remove chills and hooks, and separate gating into correct bins

- Stamp castings and use compressed air to clean tight or detailed areas

- Place castings on pallets with required paperwork

- Complete daily inspections on tools and equipment and fill out required forms

- Follow work instructions for product specifications, tools, and operational steps

- Maintain housekeeping and follow 6S standards at the end of each shift

What We’re Looking For

- Manufacturing experience preferred (we’ll train motivated applicants!).

- Comfortable working with machinery, power tools, bobcat, fork truck.

- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

- Team-oriented attitude and a strong work ethic.

- High school diploma or GED preferred.
