JOB TITLE: Accounting Analyst Location: Aurora, Ontario Position Type: Full-Time, Office-Based Salary: $60,000-$70,000

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Perform posting control checks and reconcile discrepancies.

· Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.

· Support month-end and year-end close processes.

· Assist in financial reporting and variance analysis.

· Work with accounting and operations teams to resolve data or posting issues.

· Contribute to maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records.

WHAT YOU BRING

· Diploma/Degree with a major in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· 5+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience.

· Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).

· Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.

· Experience with QuickBooks or Great Plains (Microsoft Dynamics GP) is an asset
