Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, including residential, commercial, and hospitality settings. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and welcoming. Previous professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.

- Conduct floor care activities such as stripping, waxing, and polishing floors.

- Execute carpet cleaning procedures to maintain the appearance and longevity of carpets.

- Manage housekeeping duties in hotels or residential settings to ensure guest satisfaction.

- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively.

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in custodial or cleaning roles is preferred.

- Knowledge of floor care techniques and carpet cleaning methods is preferred.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.

- Good communication skills with a focus on customer service.

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed for cleaning tasks.

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends if necessary.

Pay: $22.71 - $27.35 per hour
