What You’ll Do

- Provide customized facials, waxing, and body treatments following spa protocols and best practices.

- Create an outstanding guest experience by listening, educating, and recommending personalized home care solutions.

- Maintain a clean, professional, and fully stocked treatment space.

- Promote spa services, products, and retail programs to help guests continue their care at home.

- Support spa operations by being a reliable, flexible, and collaborative team member.

- Stay up to date with ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

- Licensed Esthetician in the state of Montana (required).

- At least 2 years of experience in an upscale spa or clinical skin care setting.

- Strong technical skills in facials, waxing, massage, and extractions.

- Enthusiastic, friendly, and genuinely passionate about guest care.

- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

- Team player with great communication skills and a positive attitude.
