Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Generator Technician to join our team to maintain, repair, and install both mechanical and electrical components of commercial generator sets and related equipment.

This role requires weekly travel throughout Florida and occasional out-of-state assignments.

What You’ll Do:

- Preventative maintenance & repairs on diesel and gas generators

- Troubleshoot and service automatic transfer switches (ATS)

- Perform load bank testing up to 2.5 megawatts

- Deliver professional, reliable service for our clients

Requirements

- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record

- Own basic hand tools (specialty tools provided)

- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

- Pre-employment knowledge test required

Preferred Experience

- 2+ years of experience with commercial generator maintenance and repair - 2+ years with automatic transfer switches (ATS) - 2+ years with load bank testing
