Vacancy for Telemarketer

Location: Remote

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to homeowners. (Leads provided).

- Follow a structured script to engage prospects and create interest.

- Ask qualifying questions and gather basic property information.

- Briefly educate prospects about automated wildfire suppression systems.

- Schedule phone appointments for a senior consultant.

- Accurately log all call outcomes and feedback into the system.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English

- Minimum 1 year of outbound cold-calling experience (full 8-hour shifts).

- Prior experience in outbound cold-calling field.

- Excellent phone etiquette and real-time adaptability during calls.

- Proficient in using CRM tools or call-tracking software.

- Self-driven, dependable, and able to follow scripts with confidence.
