As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated, hands-on team members who want to learn a skilled trade and build a future with us.

Position Overview

We are seeking an Installer Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn installation techniques while working alongside experienced technicians. You’ll gain training in outdoor cooling/heating systems, retractable screens, and mosquito misting solutions.

What You’ll Do

- Assist lead installers with residential and commercial installations

- Learn safe use of power tools, equipment, and materials

- Help load/unload equipment and keep job sites organized

- Perform basic measurements, assembly, and prep work

- Provide excellent customer service on-site

- Follow company safety and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in Florida weather

- Comfort working on ladders and with hand/power tools

- Strong attention to detail and dependability

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

- Previous construction or installation experience is a plus (but not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
