Experience / Education Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred but, not required.

· 1 year Data Entry.

· Able to work independently and as part of a team.

· Effective communication skills, written and verbal.

· Able to read, interpret and follow SOP’s, instructions, ERP System and vendor packing list.

· Ability to read, interpret and communicate technical information.

· Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Complete Receiving transactions in ERP System.

· Maintain Receiving Log for all shipments.

· Maintain and create reports for overseas tracking through Freight Forwarder’s program.

· Maintain Receiving Report for Rental and Customer Property Equipment.

· Ensure accuracy in Receiving Transactions and report Variances to Receiving Manager.

· Maintain communication with Receiving Manager.

Pay is based on experience.
