We are seeking a
Safety and Training Field Representativeto join our dynamic team. This role provides
front-line Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE)support across an assigned region and plays a key role in implementing and maintaining our HSE Management System. You’ll work closely with operational leadership to promote a
positive safety cultureand drive continuous improvement in safety performance.
- Support safety initiatives as directed by the Lead HSE Coordinator and HSE Manager
- Assist in incident investigations and analyze reports
- Exercise authority to correct hazards and stop unsafe work
- Conduct supervisory safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety codes
- Perform daily project site inspections
- Lead new employee safety orientations and training sessions
- Deliver regulatory and other safety training as needed
- 3–5 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in the electric utility industry
- Background in linework operations strongly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Federal, State, and local safety regulations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence, coach, and collaborate with field teams
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Windows OS, IOS
- Willingness to travel on short notice
- CUSP holders highly preferred
This is a
field-based roleinvolving outdoor work in varying weather conditions, around heavy equipment and high-voltage systems. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in high-noise environments.
