***Location:*** Mandan, ND

***Schedule:*** Part time schedules from 6 AM - 5 PM CST, Mondays and Saturdays are mandatory

### **Overview**

Our mail room team members efficiently open and accurately sort thousands of pieces of mail per day. Speed and accuracy are keys to success, but with our in-depth training, on-site instructors, and extended time periods to meet standards any individual that is goal-oriented, willing to learn, and persistent will be successful.

### **Responsibilities**

As a Mailroom Clerk, you will be responsible for:

* Opening and sorting mail based on type of correspondence
* Scanning and saving all bills into company software
* Identifying and resolving duplicate bills' causes
* Lift up to 50 pounds

### **Preferred skills**

* Enjoy working closely with peers on a small team
* Advanced attention to detail
* Able to work independently while investigating inconsistencies and resolving them
* Willing to adapt your work to fit the changing needs of the company
* Able to communicate professionally and effectively
* Average-Quick typing speed
* Quick mental processing and hand-to-eye coordination
* Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Chats)
