Maintenance Mechanic

who will have a positive impact on the Operations team at its

Guion, AR.

location.

Schedule:

Mon-Thurs, 6pm-4am. OT may be required.

The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following Key Accountabilities

- Become fully trained in a variety of plant positions, as assigned to assist with vacation coverage or other unscheduled absences.

- Show extensive knowledge of operation and maintenance of all plant processes, in this case a proficiency with regards to mobile equipment is required.

- Perform all required tasks of daily and routine maintenance on all plant mobile equipment.

- Troubleshoot all plant mobile maintenance problems, including minor electrical problems.

- Operate haulage equipment for supplying feed to the crusher from the mine as assigned.

- While not filling in, complete assigned plant wide maintenance, or assigned projects.

- Clean up any assigned areas.

- Perform all other duties as assigned.

The Successful Incumbent Will Have The Following Minimum Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED required.

- 3-5 years of experience in maintenance required, in a manufacturing setting preferred.

- Strong ability to multitask in a face paced environment.

- Team player with the ability to work amongst cross-functional teams.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
