Job Summary

Energo is seeking an experienced and strategic Purchasing Manager to oversee our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively sourcing equipment, goods, and services, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that procurement activities align with company objectives and budgetary constraints. Job responsibilities will include:

- Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies

- Craft, review and processes purchase orders

- Maintain records of goods ordered and received

- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness

- Schedule deliveries and ensure timely fulfillment of orders

- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers; negotiate contracts to secure advantageous terms

- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

- Inventory Control: Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand to ensure product availability and minimize excess inventory

- Assess, manage, and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain

- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal regulations

- This position is full-time on-site, 5 days a week, 6 days during heating season

- Day shifts, generally 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree

- 3-5 years as an HVAC purchasing manager, Project Manager or HVAC Dispatcher with general material purchasing experience

- Basic accounting knowledge

- Active HVAC experience a plus

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Strong attention to detail

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
