What You’ll Do
•Champion Safety & Quality: Uphold strict adherence to site-specific safety guidelines (MSHA, OSHA) to ensure a safe work environment.
•Lead End-to-End Projects: Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and kickoff to commissioning and handover, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
•Manage Scope & Budget: Define project scope, manage changes, develop detailed schedules (e.g., Gantt charts, critical path analysis), and track budgets to prevent cost overruns.
•Inspire Teams: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including technicians, contractors, and customer representatives, fostering collaboration and high performance.
•Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify and address project risks, implementing effective contingency plans to ensure success.
•Build Relationships: Engage with customers, sales, engineering, and operations teams, delivering clear communication and managing expectations to achieve exceptional outcomes.
•Drive Continuous Improvement: Optimize installation processes and adopt cutting-edge project management tools to enhance efficiency and quality.
•Mentor & Develop: Coach team members, share best practices, and foster professional growth within the organization.
•Report & Document: Provide clear, data-driven project updates and maintain comprehensive documentation.
What You Bring
•Commitment to Safety & Quality: A steadfast focus on maintaining high safety and quality standards.
•Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field (PMP or similar certification preferred). 5-7+ years of project management experience in installation or construction within manufacturing or related industries.
•Proven Leadership: Track record of managing complex projects on time, within budget, and to high standards.
•Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
•Customer Focus: Experience managing customer expectations and delivering outstanding results.
•Flexibility: Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
