We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler/Planning Specialist
to support the successful execution of complex Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. The role is responsible for developing, integrating, and monitoring project schedules, ensuring alignment across all disciplines and functions. This position requires strong technical expertise in scheduling software, analytical problem-solving, and effective collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Gather and consolidate schedule information from all project disciplines and functions.
- Coordinate with departments to align and communicate project scheduling requirements.
- Lead the integration of all scheduled activities into a comprehensive project plan.
- Identify schedule restraints, inter-discipline dependencies, and potential challenges.
- Monitor, track, and report on schedule performance, including critical path analysis.
- Conduct schedule assessments and problem-area studies to determine the criticality of activities.
- Provide recommendations and alternatives to improve schedule performance.
- Develop and review recovery plans, including analysis of additional resources and costs needed.
- Support change management processes by ensuring schedules reflect approved project changes.
- Advanced proficiency in
Primavera P6
scheduling software.
- Strong experience in planning, critical path analysis, and schedule performance measurement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with advanced reporting skills.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Previous experience with large-scale
EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction)
projects.
- Knowledge and application of
Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend corrective actions.
- Flexibility to adapt to urgent requests and shifting project priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree
from an accredited university with
10–13 years of relevant professional experience

- High school diploma/equivalent
with
14–17 years of professional experience
in scheduling and project controls.
