Join McDaniel’s IT team as a Systems Administrator

with a strong foundation in infrastructure and identity management. Preference given to those with

Oracle DBA experience

. You’ll support end users, business applications, and work with technologies like

Oracle

Microsoft 365

, ensuring security and uptime for critical services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- End-user IT support & application monitoring

- Active Directory & Microsoft Entra identity management

- User/workstation provisioning & decommissioning

- Microsoft Defender, Teams, Exchange Online administration

- Intune administration & monitoring

- Security vulnerability mitigation using our MDR Platform

- Asset management & desk phone administration

- Server, network, and storage infrastructure management

- Documentation of IT procedures

- Corporate website price forecast updates

Qualifications/Skills

- Post-secondary education in IT or related field

- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, networking fundamentals

- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem

- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills

- Familiarity in Value Navigator, Mosaic, Egnyte, MongoDB

- Preferred:

Oracle DBA experience, Snowflake administration, SQL proficiency
