Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, AR, AP, and preparing financial reports. This role requires a strong understanding of Excel and Quickbooks would be helpfull. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train a candidate that is hard working, honest, and good attitude.
- Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Utilize accounting software, specifically Quickbooks Enterprise and Excel, for efficient record-keeping and reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information.
- Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and discrepancies in financial data.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration across teams.
- Familiar with Excel.
