Industrial Maintenance Mechanic – Your Career Starts Here

We’re a growing company with over 900 employees and $150 million in sales, specializing in aluminum extrusion, fabrication, and industrial finishes. We are seeking an experienced industrial maintenance mechanic on our 3rd shift (Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm-6:00am) for our facility in Schofield, WI.

What You’ll Do:

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and machine drive systems.

- Diagnose and modify PLC programs.

- Perform welding, machining, and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment runs efficiently.

- Assist with building maintenance, installations, and pipefitting.

- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, following all safety protocols.

What You Bring:

- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience or an Associate’s Degree in a technical field.

- Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, servo controls, and PLCs.

- Proficiency in welding, machining, and using hand/power tools (own tools required).

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
